Storage and closets: Plenty of storage! There are three closets in this unit, plus garage storage if needed.
Appliances: Plenty of these too! Air conditioning, dishwaher, in-unit laundry, stainless steel everything, and all the accoutrements you need to cook!

LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION
There is no better location to live in DC. Really. Walking score and biking score is basically 100. (i.e. this is a walkers' and bikers' paradise.)
Mt Pleasant is, as the name implies, the place to be. This apartment is in the heart of arguably the best neighborhood in DC. Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan both ~100 meters away. Walkable, secure, and near Rock Creek Park. Residential but RIDICULOUSLY close to all that you could ever need.
The local grocery store, book shop and wine shop are a stone's throw away and there are more than 50 restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Apartment entrance is across from one of the newest, hottest restaurants in DC -- Bar del Monte. There are several hiking and jogging trails that extend down into the Mall, Virginia, and southern Maryland. Bus routes are 15-30 seconds walk from the gate, and get you anywhere. Metro is a 5 minute walk.
Small dogs welcome. We have one! We have also had larger dogs live in the space in years past.
We are looking for a longer term renter (at posted price) but will consider 3+ month leases for potentially friendly neighbors (We occupy the rowhouse above the apartment). Apartment is ready for move-in. All appliances and furnishings you could ever want are in there, including a California King bed. (And we source get other things as needed.)
