After a number of hand shake agreements have failed to materialize in a tenant I will not longer be agreeable to holding it vacant. This property is not eligible for short term rentals under Town of James Island codes. I will not respond to inquiries involving leasing to short term rental companies. Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, water, and public service district fees which include trash and sewer. Renter is also responsible for lawn care but I can recommend a lawn care provider.
