Freshly painted home with large fenced in yard in a convenient location central location on James Island. Many amenities are within walking distance including grocery and fine dining. The washer and dryer are included and only a few years old. The microwave is brand new and never used. Appliances and home were cleaned professionally. Great space for a boat owner or gardening. I'm available to show the house most nights and weekends with adequate notice. After a number of hand shake agreements have failed to materialize in a tenant I will not longer be agreeable to holding it vacant. This property is not eligible for short term rentals under Town of James Island codes. I will not respond to inquiries involving leasing to short term rental companies. Renter is responsible for electricity, gas, water, and public service district fees which include trash and sewer. Renter is also responsible for lawn care but I can recommend a lawn care provider.
