Located in the Windsor Ridge apartment complex apartment includes complex amenities, such as pool, exercise room, playground and dog walking areas. There are also many grocery stores and shopping opportunities nearby (Wegman's, Stop&Shop, HomeGoods, etc). The apartment is available starting May 2nd (date flexible/negotiable within +2 weeks). This is a lease transfer (as opposed to sublet) - all paperwork will be signed with the apartment management. The current lease ends on 10/2/2016 and you have the opportunity to renew at that point!
