The apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 1.5 bath, and a large kitchen - with a three (3) season enclosed porch. The wood floors are in very good shape, very shiny. 1,200 square feet. There is a one (1) acre woods behind the house for exploring. The side yard is very large, is dirt, and flat. The house was built in 1890, and we work hard to keep everything in great shape. The apartment is mostly furnished - see the photos. The furniture can be moved out if you have your own furniture. The building is a duplex, and the other tenant has a dog.
