Furnishing includes living room furniture; monitor with streaming capabilities; fully stocked and functioning kitchen; and bedroom with queen-sized memory foam mattress, dresser, and bedside tables. For the changing seasons we have also included two window A/C units, and portable heaters to accompany baseboard heating. We've put the hard work of settling in so you can have a simple move with your personal belongings. Under the vaulted ceilings our open and bright condo also includes an in-unit, stacked laundry machine, modern kitchen appliances, and a renovated bathroom and living room. The community has ample walking space, a private pool for residents, and is very dog friendly. One added perk is backing up to the spacious Rossborrough Park. Full list of furnishing provided upon request. The condo is less than a 1/2 mile from the Spring Creek Trail to access miles of bike trails, and less three miles from Colorado State University. We are screening heavily to ensure a good match in utilizing this condo, balancing a comfortable living environment while protecting our assets and belongings.
