The following are the remarks from the home owner: Welcome to our home! We loved our house and it has served us well over the years. We are only moving to be with our grandchildren. The ground floor has two bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen. A Harman wood stove and brick hearth add warmth and fun on a cold winter evening. A very open sun porch really makes it a comfortable living space. My Alzheimers father and his wife lived there as his disease progressed. And years later my son, his wife and three kids came back from Saudi Arabia and stayed with us for two years in that space. We built a covered sandbox so the kids could play outside even when it rained. It would be a great place for an in-law quarters or a student returning from college or maybe a friend (Township Approval must be obtained to utilize this space as an apartment). Large carpeted laundry room is on the ground floor and is shared with the first floor. Under the two car garage on the first floor is a two car size workshop that exits out the rear bottom of the house and to a covered outdoor cement landing. The workshop is great for hobbies and storage while the landing is a great place to store lawn equipment and outdoor toys. First floor boasts three bedrooms with a master bath and another full bath. The open kitchen / dining area is ideal for family meals and gatherings.A 10 x20 deck of composite material is accessed from the dining room and is great for entertaining or enjoying a summer breeze. The corner lot is in a quiet neighborhood close to the interstate and PA turnpike. Flora and fauna - you missed all the flowers and shrubs this year but next spring the yard will come alive with color. Two red Japanese maple trees (1 front and 1 back), rose bushes, two large butterfly bushes, three bleeding heart bushes bloom in late spring, a beautiful magnolia tree, many hostas, clematis, a corner full of mums, peonies, decorative grasses, 3 concord grape vines and many other flowers and shrubs that I can't remember.
