The CdA Downtown Cottage is an adorable furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1573 sf. located just a couple of blocks off Sherman Avenue. It is set up as a short term rental with all the amenities. We are renting month to month from Dec 29th, 2022 until Mid to late May 2023. It has three new very comfortable queen beds and sleeps up to six people as well as a pull out sofa for up to 2 more occasional sleepers. BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom one is private, has one queen bed and an attached bathroom. Bedroom two has two queen beds and a large closet. Bedroom two uses the guest bathroom which has a shower, lots of storage and granite countertops. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully outfitted, has a dishwasher, range oven, coffee pot, a margarita maker, blender, new pots, pans, new plates, silverware, and has table settings currently set for six people and can add-on a small wooden table for a few more. DINING Dining table seats six with a nice wooden foldable add-on table to seat up to three more people. SMART TVs Large bedroom with two beds and living room have a large new smart TV so guests can login to their own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Free WiFi. DEDICATED WORK SPACE We have a small desk set-up in case you need to break out the laptop and do a little work. STAY & PLAY Play on property with board games, croquet or cornhole in the grassy yard or just hangout on the porch and enjoy life. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING About a mile or less to lake, beaches, Downtown Coeur d'Alene shops, restaurants, Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill, McEuen Park, the CDA Resort, CDA Resort Golf Course home of the Floating Green, the Centennial Trail and all the other fun things downtown Coeur d'Alene has to offer. THE YARD The yard immediately adjacent to the home is fenced but please know this is a small fence and medium and large sized dogs could possible jump the fence. Small dogs will likely not be able to jump but beware for your little fur babies. See front and side pics of the home to get a sense of the little white picket fence. Enjoy outdoor living and hang out with friends and loved ones day or night. Please give us notice if you'd like to use the barbque as we need to pull it out of storage in anything other than summer months. Please note: There is a front and back house, this home is the front house. WASHER DRYER In unit washer and dryer is included. Owner pays for water sewer garbage, Tenant pays for electricity usage, internet and tv, billed to tenant at cost and prorated. The home is available on a month to month rental from January 1, 2023 to March 31st, 2023. No smoking. 2 small dogs ok however, breed must be approved. No Cats or other animals. 1 month rent and $500 deposit due prior to move in.
