If evidence of smoking or vaping is found after checkout, an additional $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000 and evicted from the property immediately. Must be at least 21 years old to book. No smoking is allowed inside the home and is subject to a $500 fine if violated. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and if violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund.
