Lease duration is 2 years. Owner pays for lawn care and irrigation water. Tenant covers their own utilities. Propane tank will be filled (80%) prior to occupancy and must be returned to owner with a full tank (80%) at time of move out. Alarm system will not be included in rental. Tenant will assist with scheduling any required repairs, using pre-approved list of contractors, and also assist with access to home for HVAC maintenance visits.
