The location is conveniently just a brief 10-minute drive from Hwy 620/Anderson Mill/2222, where you will find HEB, Target, MovieHouse, Torchy's, Chipotle, Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Steiner Steak House, The Oasis, Vaquero's, Flores, Chick-fil-A, Walgreens, CVS, and a variety of shopping and dining options. Guests and tenants also benefit from year-round access to the lake, boat dock, and beach, subject to water levels. Our on-site restaurant and bar, Beachside Billy's, operates year-round, providing excellent food and drinks, sand volleyball, bag toss, televised sporting events, live music, holiday celebrations, and a welcoming community atmosphere. For added convenience, I can recommend an exceptional door-to-door laundry service or a highly-rated laundromat. The bungalow's water supply comes from a treated well, and most tenants opt to bring their own drinking water due to the underlying salt fault. Each tenant receives a complimentary bag of ice monthly. Experience a more tranquil side of the lake during the finest months of the year in Austin. Monthly rent includes: electric, cable, wifi, trash, water Payments: Cash, Cashier's Check, Venmo or Credit Card. An additional fee will be charged for all Venmo and credit card payments. Small dogs allowed with an additional $150 pet fee with deposit. (this is not a refundable pet fee) A $150 cleaning fee is automatically deducted from deposit at move out Additional $100 cleaning fee for pets. NON SMOKING (smoking is permitted outside the cabin) Well Water: due to the salt fault our property sits on, there is a salty taste to the treated well on our property. We highly recommend personal water be brought in for drinking & cooking. (Applies to sinks and showers). No On-Site Laundry
