Looking for someone that doesn't mind caring for horses when we are gone occasionally and in lieu of caretaking amount is deducted from the rent. The apartment is one bedroom, open concept living room/dining room and has another small room or walk in closet. Full bath and we have ordered apt size washer/dryer units which fit in a small area in the hall. Small entry way with area to hang jackets. Heat, electricity and water included.
