House is basic and needs some work. Great place to live while you build in another place on the property. Woth a better view. Lots of mature fruit trees. Avocado’s, lichee, Malabar chestnuts, mangoesteen, oranges, bananas, berries, Guavas, ice cream bean, tropical flowers, 3 varieties of bamboos. We never used pesticides nor herbicides or any knarly chemicals. Stream fed from spring.
