Our house has just over 2100 sq ft. It has a nice size living room, complete with an electric fireplace. The fireplace does work, but for us it's just for show. We have in floor heat that is great. We have central A\C. The house has three bedrooms. Bedroom #3 is 12'x 12', not counting the closet. Bedroom #2 is 14'x 14' not counting the closet. And the master is 16'x 16', not counting the closet. The laundry room is a little small but very efficient. It has a full size washer and dryer by Maytag that are stacked. The front door and rear patio doors have stained glass in them. All appliance will remain with the house, except the extra frig in the garage. The appliance were purchased in 2018, except the microwave. It wasn't installed until 2021. All appliance are stainless steel. The house has a softner that is leased though Culligan. The house is on a private community water system. The outside is fully landscaped with an under ground sprinkler system. The driveway is fully paved. The shop is 32'x 40'. It is wired, insulated and sheet rocked. There is a 45,000 BTU unit heater. On the West end there is a 16'x 32' RV bay. On the East end there is a 16'x 32' area that I park my boat, mower and 4-wheeler in. The house has 1x 8 bevel Ghostwood siding with Ghostwood trim. There is not a homeowner assoc. anymore. The only thing it would be responsible for is the road. Tate lane is paved, so we need to maintain it, along with snow removal. At this time I take care of the snow. That will not change in the future, and I charge nothing for this. Last year (as a group) we had the cracks filled on Tate Lane and the cost was split 6 ways. This year we are sealing the road. This hasn't been done in about ten years. Once again the cost will be split 6 way. We have schools, shopping, Church and Medical Clinic within walking distance.
