    This condo home has an open floor plan called the great room with an open see-through bar to the kitchen making it quite spacious. The floor is a beautiful dark laminate wood flooring. The washer and dryer come with the condo and are behind white bifold doors along the wall of the dining area. There are ceiling fans all throughout and all the windows are covered already with leveler or belly blinds. Both bedrooms are upstairs in the very front and the very back with a walkway between. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill style so that each bedroom has their own sink and cabinetry. And they share the tub and toilet area. There are with the bathrooms floating shelves with baskets and a very large linen closet with lots of shelves and space for even suitcases. Smoke alarms are throughout as per the fire safety officer. There is a back concrete fenced-in patio facing a wooded area where birds come up in the morning. Also a balcony off the master bedroom affords a place to smoke outside but there is no smoking allowed inside of any substance not even vaping. All people there are background checked for criminal and financial records. The guest bathroom downstairs is right across from the entry door. Walking to lake Pontchartrain can be done three different ways. The double boulevard coming into the neighborhood are is an area where people bike ride bird watch and also see the Jets from over at the chalmette airfield. The tenant pays rent and electric. The water bill sewer and trash are paid by the owner of the condo. This is a homeowner's association or rather condo association and the owner of this condo is the president of that organization. 50% of the people who live there own and live within their condo and around 50% at least out to others in the three buildings. Lots of greenery flanks all of the buildings providing a very quiet peaceful walkway with birds that are attracted to the trees such as crepe myrtles bamboo and Jasmine ground cover and others such as Holly bushes. This condo is very close to restaurants to gas stations, a grocery store, a workout facility, America's Best contacts, Starbucks restaurant, is an easy drive to the Mandeville trailhead where there's free concerts in season. Three entrances into the neighborhood provide you to go east-west or back out under the causeway. Coming from New Orleans the first right once you go past the booths goes right into the neighborhood on a beautiful brick line street. 12 months lease due on the 1st. Late fee= $50. Tenant pays rent & electric. Landlord pays water, sewer & trash. Tenant must keep condo clean. Must pass financial & criminal background check fee. Must follow Mandeville Ordinances for Noise and Trash Rules. I give out the rules.
