Buy it all, or parts (40 acres minimum) that the seller would/might agree to. Float some combo's through informal writing & we will see what can be worked out. About half the acres clear cut in fall of 2019. Accordingly, there are roadways (10-20 years it will be a new forest again). In the meantime, some may say it looks bad although it is now running the habitat gamut for local wildlife species & birds. Prices are $600/acre, period, plus minor closing costs if you buy under 80 acres.
