The Cabin at Kennedy Family Farms is 1 of 2 condos currently for rent on the property. The Cabin comes fully furnished and includes fresh linens, dishware, silverware, and a coffee maker. As shown in the pictures, the loft-style bedroom features a King bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The large indoor fireplace is entirely wood-burning, and is capable of heating a vast majority of the cabin all on its own. In the winter, we heat the Cabin using propane while in the summer we cool it using removable A/C units. We provide guests with two complimentary kayaks- for all your recreational needs. The Cabin is located on over a mile of creek frontage is the perfect spot for boating, barbecuing, and fishing. As listed, WE WILL PAY ALL UTILITIES. The tenant is only responsible for paying for deposit and rent. Owner pays for all utilities. Free parking on the premises. No pets allowed.
