I lived here myself for over 10+ years before converting it to a rental and I loved living here. The unit was painted 2 years ago, has almost new hardwood floors in the living area, and laundry machines are recent too. The townhouse has a smart lock too that can be operated via your smart phone. 1) Renters would pay the monthly utility bills that includes heat. There is no separate bill for water. Landlord is not responsible if the heat bill in winter is greater than expected 2) Lease will be for one year minimum 3) The community is strict about pet maintenance and upkeep so please make sure you abide by those policies 4) You can get access to the community pool and tennis court 5) Breaking or early termination of lease would result in 2 months rent as penalty fees 6) No sub leasing of the property in the unit is allowed 7) Renters will need to fully disclose the details of the residents and the pets living at the condo 8) Parking stickers for your cars will be available at the maintenance office once you move in 9) Guests can stay for a maximum of 10 days post which the landlord will need to be notified. 10) Any repairs or utilities breakdown issues will be evaluated for mishandling and charged accordingly.
