Charming condo in west Bradenton, just minutes from the beach. This condo is on the second floor with a beautiful view of the the pond. Recently renovated. The landscaping around the community makes you feel like your living in a botanical garden. There is a pet limits and restrictions on weight and breed in this community. Pets must be 25 lbs or less with a limits of two pets. There is also a restriction on vehicles no trucks, rvs, trailers or motorcycle allowed. I will provide a complete list of the condo association rules before the application process begins for the tenants review. Renter is responsible for electric. Cable, internet, and water are included in the rent. There are no trucks, motorcycles, or rvs allowed or they may be towed. There is a 100$ application fee for the condo association per adult. Up to two small pets are allowed. This is a non smoking facility.
