Drop your suitcases at the door and live your best beach/work life!! A well behaved dog is ok with a deposit as long as it meets our property insurance guidelines. We do require at least a 90 day minimum stay. Any electric charges over $150 monthly are paid by tenant. All utilities are included in cost of rent, however if monthly electric bill exceeds $150, tenant is to pay the difference. There is no smoking in the unit or on the lanai. One dog is allowed and pet deposit must be paid. No other pets are allowed. Dog breed must meet our rental insurance policy guidelines.
