We are in walking distance of local beaches, coffee houses, restaurants, surf/bicycle rentals, shopping, local market and farmers market. Our location is within easy freeway access, rail service (Coaster & Amtrak) and public transportation. Lower living space is 425 sq. ft. is an open concept: living, dinning, kitchen and half bath. The upper level, 465 sq. ft. is also an open living design: sleeping, work space, master bathroom (shower, not bath), walk in closet and laundry (washer dryer). We provide one off street parking spot (9' x17'). Children welcome. NO SMOKING in house, on property or shared driveway. Limited accessibility - stairs. $150.00 cleaning fee for end of stay.
