A 5-lb dog may be allowed on approval with pet deposit and only after homeowner's approval plus veterinary paperwork. City of Coronado requires a 28-29 day rental minimum. A rental agreement will be provided by owner to renters/guests for their signature and must include a deposit to hold rental dates. Arrangements for monthly payment in advance of rental date could be negotiated. A required (possibly refundable) DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be determined based on the inspection of the owner if the home is left in good, clean condition.
