This is a nonsmoking property. A 5-lb dog may be allowed on approval with pet deposit and only after homeowner's approval plus veterinary paperwork.
City of Coronado requires a 28-29 day rental minimum. A rental agreement will be provided by owner to renters/guests for their signature and must include a deposit to hold rental dates.
Arrangements for monthly payment in advance of rental date could be negotiated. A required (possibly refundable) DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be determined based on the inspection of the owner if the home is left in good, clean condition. Additionally, the number of guests (6 maximum), pet and age of children will be a determining factor regarding the required DEPOSIT.
