This location is very close to Downtown Asheville, neighborhood parks, Montford and Downtown restaurants. It is a very short walk to downtown which makes it ideal for attending festivals, restaurants and all things local to Asheville. It is unique in the sense that it is so close to Downtown AVL, yet far enough so you have peace and quiet. It is on a dead end street and set back from the road which increases it's privacy. It is the lower level of a well-maintained duplex. My property connects, and is adjacent to the Montford Players Park (aka: Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre), which makes it ideal for attending plays and concerts held there. There are washer/dryer hookups available in the utility closet in the unit, yet there is not a washer/dryer installed.
