After they've had their fill of fun in the sun, they can drop off their swimming gear in the laundry room with large-capacity washer and dryer, utility sink, ironing board, and ample counter space and cabinetry. Also on the main level is the master suite, which can be locked off from the rest of the home so family and friends can vacation at the house even when the owners aren't present.
