Summer renters can enjoy mountain biking, hiking, etc. Winter renters can ski-in/ski-out onto Roadrunner Trail and enjoy Sunday River Resort restaurants. Looking for monthly to seasonal renter. Weekly cleanings available upon request for a fee. Pets may be considered. Rate advertised is for summer season, negotiable for multiple months. Renter pays for electricity. Building provides free internet at basic speed. 1 Parking pass will be provided, overflow parking available. $1200/month rate advertised is for spring and summer (April through Nov). December through March rent is $4000 +cleaning fee (amount depends on length of stay). Pets will be considered and would need to be leashed at all times in building. No smoking in unit or on balcony.
