Heat, water, and electricity are all included in the $1,500 monthly rental price. The washing machine and dryer is also in provided in your rental unit and is included in the rental price. You will be responsible for any garbage/recycling pickup or drop off. As a courtesy to the other tenants, there is no storage/trash allowed on the front porches. No smoking allowed in the rental unit. Before move in, tenant must pay security deposit, first, and last months rent up front. No Cats Allowed. Dogs allowed, but a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 is due along with the $1,500 deposit. No more than three occupants are allowed to live in this apartment. Renter is responsible for any damaged done to property.
