This mobile home is an unfurnished 24' x 56' Schultz double wide in the best mobile home park in Gila County. (You must be 55 or older to live here.) The park is pet-friendly and this home has a fenced-in dog run for small dogs along the back and side. It has a parking for a total of three trucks or five compact cars, and has a shed and screened-in porch which is perfect for cats or dogs. Because I have cats the house needs carpet. Another downside is that it has a small leak on the corner of the front porch roof. But other than that, this is a wonderful home that you can move into this month. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is tons of cabinet space in the kitchen. Ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom. Spacious open dining room/kitchen/living room. This is an all-electric home. A couple of years ago I installed a new washer and dryer. The home has a furnace with a programmable thermostat and a swamp cooler that I don't bother to hook to water because the cherry trees and porch on the south side keep the house so cool in the summer that all you need is the cooler's fan with the windows open a crack. But the last time I checked the swamp part of the cooler worked. The space rent is $450/month which includes sewer, water and trash. A similarly-sized home in the same park which was not much nicer recently sold for over double this price. I wouldn't be selling if I didn't need to move. So my price is firm. This is a steal for you if you are willing to put some tender loving care into it.
