There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is very difficult to find and expensive. We have a few spaces that are 1 mile from the building. If you need parking, please let us know ahead of time. Key access is via a secure lockbox just a 3-minute walk from the building. Keys will be in a lockbox located at a 6-minute walk from the unit. There is a $150 lost key fee. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation.
