I have redone quite a bit in this house, to make it look more modern, paint, large bathroom spa tub tiled new toliet. Carpet removed in living room, bamboo flooring living room and hall, new moldings, quite a bit and still in the process. Furnace always serviced once a year, septic was found pumped out in August 2020 with just above ground access. Basement in not finished only partly done. I saw the before pics and to see what it looks like now, I’m quite impressed. Still working on everything. I want to sell in a couple of years.
