This is a two bedroom unit on the first floor of a town house. One of the bedrooms is rather small and we tend to use it as an office. It also has a balcony/porch and access to the backyard. Lease is from October 15th 2015 to August 14th 2016, with an option to continue to rent after. Utilities are included, except for electricity. It is a "2-bedroom" but one of the bedrooms is small and we use it as an office instead.
