Cosigners are accepted to meet this requirement. -Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. -Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. -Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life. Credit score must be a minimum of 600. -A background check will be conducted on all applicants 18 years and older. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. -Applicant must be a non-smoker. -Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. Our cabin is very secluded yet 25 minutes to Asheville and only a few minutes to stores and restaurants of Fairview. It is a no frills, basic cabin. It has two bedrooms, each with a full size bed and linens provided. We are currently adding a new washer and dryer. There is a single bathroom with walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking, dinnerware, silverware, and some seasoning. The living room has a small tv, wifi, mini split hvac system, dvd player and a collection of DVDs. We also just added an arcade system that has 20,000 arcade games built in. String lights run the length of the walkway to the home for easy access day or night. Please understand this is a small, secluded cabin. As such, there are spiders, bugs, and animals in the area. We have regular pest control that comes out but we cannot stop everything. The house is perfect for a quiet, no frills, getaway.
