The cabin is smoke-free. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room features a wood fireplace (tenants are responsible for their own firewood). The cabin has a storage shed that is available for tenant use as well as a large wrap-around deck that is wonderful in the summer! The Cabin is within seven miles of downtown Pagosa. Wolf Creek Ski Area is a 45 minute drive to the East. Tenant application required if you are interested in renting the unit after viewing it. We will collect a damage deposit, first and last month's rent prior to move-in date. Utilities are not included in rental price below. Rental price is for a 6+ month lease.
