Relax every evening watching the sunset over Mount Pisgah and Cold Mountain beyond it from your large screened porch. We often entertain there in the spring, summer and fall as there is room on the porch for a dozen people to comfortably eat dinner. This is a sunny, airy modern house with spectacular views to the west. There is a fenced in yard for a dog in the back and a small orchard of grapes, blueberries, raspberries and a cherry tree in the front. Solar collectors dramatically cut our electric bills. Wood floors throughout the upstairs are a mix of cherry (living room and study), white oak (kitchen and dining area), and red oak (bedrooms). The newly remodeled kitchen has hand crafted maple cabinets.
