Two steps up to the front porch prevent access for most wheelchairs. You can store 1 or 2 bicycles or e-bikes (but not motorcycles) in a carport on the uphill side of the building. There are parking spaces for 2 cars at your door. The driveway leading to these two spaces is on a steep north-facing slope that becomes undriveable during snow events. On such occasions, you cannot drive to those 2 parking spaces, but you can use a single parking space on a flat driveway on the uphill side of the building (adjacent to the bike carport). During some snow events, a snowplow may require you to move your car(s). You are not allowed to paint walls or ceilings without prior permission. Smoking, and vaping are not allowed inside the apartment nor in the yard.
