Qualifications: -Earn 3x the rent amount. -No open bankruptcies/open evictions and unsettled debts having to do with housing. -Must pass a credit and background check -Cannot have any current contractual obligations on anything having to do with housing. -We allow cosigners, however the person cosigning also has to meet the same qualifications. If they have open mortgage, we multiply the monthly amount by 3 and deduct that from their income. They still have to meet the 3X rent amount to qualify. Tenant responsible for trash and utilities.
