You must love animals as we have two dogs on the property, but unfortunately can't bring your own as the camper is not equipped to leave animals in. The "Jayco Jayfeather" 26' comfy camper is very comfortable with full hook-ups for water and sewer. The open floor plan features a bedroom, dinette/workspace, kitchen, bath, living area, outside seating with string lights, & a Fire Pit, plus a Roku TV with Hulu & Peacock. BEDROOM: The 2023 queen medium mattress is very comfortable. It has closets and counter space on each side. LIVING SPACE: The dinette looks out onto the lawn and provides a nice work and prep space as well as convenient eating area. Ample storage provided for dishes, mugs, wine and drinking glasses, and utensils. Features a comfortable sofa that converts into a second bed for overnight guests. The Jayco Jayfeather has a great slideout increasing your space giving you a a roomy layout. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with a 3 burner stove top and gas oven, a built in microwave, double sink, and a large refrigerator/freezer. BATHROOM: The one person bathroom has counter space, sink, tub/shower, toilet, and storage. TV: There is a Roku TV with Hulu and Peacock for you to view. You can watch it in bed or any other vantage point in the camper. OUTDOOR SPACE: Outside seating around a firepit is a shared space. There is a table and chairs for outside eating. You will have a dedicated parking space. PRIVACY: There are no windows from the house to the camper and your blinds in the camper give complete privacy. OTHER INFO: - Please forgo smoking in the camper. - There is a hose, poker, ash bucket and shovel for the firepit. - We have seen bear, hawk, ground hog, deer, and a large variety of birds on the property. There are roosters in the neighborhood. $950 a month rent plus $100 for utilities (water, electric and internet wifi) Rent includes weekly trash pick up (recycling every other week) and access to Hulu & Peacock apps.
