Screening Requirements: Prospective renter/tenant must complete a Zillow soft credit and background check before being considered. Previous rental references may also be required. Lease Term: A minimum 12 month lease agreement is required. Utilities: The renter/tenant must transfer all utilities, including electricity, water, internet/cable, into their name effective by the lease start date or atleast within 3 days.
