Tenant pays: Heat, electric, cable/satellite, phone, trash, water/sewer.
Oil heat estimated at $45/month average throughout the year depending upon fuel prices, desired temperature in the unit, etc. Water estimated at $16/month.

12-month minimum lease available approx. June 1, 2025.
Rental application with references and credit check required, along with 1-month security deposit and non-refundable $40 application fee (pays for formal credit review, etc.).
Prior to occupancy, tenant must pay first months rent and 1-month security deposit, plus any other applicable fees.
On-site parking available for 1 vehicle. $25/month for 2nd vehicle if space is available.
