This is a split level home with spacious living on 3 floors. When you walk in the front door you are in the lower level of the home. There is a family room with a flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. The family room has an a/c unit. Halfway up the stairs there is Bedroom #3 (Master) has a King bed and an onsuite full bathroom with tub/shower. Continue up the stairs to the next level and there is the main living area with flat screen TV and a/c unit, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The fireplace divides the dining and the living area. Off this level is a "roof deck" that has dining table, chairs, gas grill, extra seating to take in the views. The yard has a picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower in the back. Around the corner from the house is the popular family friendly Bank Street Beach and to the left down the road is Harwich Port Village. Many restaurants and shopping and of course ice cream in the quaint seaside village. No Smoking and No Pets Please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees.
