A second stairwell brings you to two more Queen bedrooms & a full bath. *Due to the age of the house, the second floor has very low ceilings and stairwells are steep. **Winter rental includes all utilities except for snow removal. A pet may be negotiable with a pet deposit/pet agreement. A credit check ($24/pp), security deposit, first month's rent, exit cleaning fee, and renter's insurance required.
