One year lease we will not renew if home is not kept clean and damage-free, including yard maintenance. 2. The security deposit is the same amount as the rent of the home. We allow a payment plan, as long as half deposit is paid at lease sigining. 3. We require tenants to have income 3 times the rent coming into the home per month.
