This offering is inclusive of electrical charges, high speed internet fees, trash removal and water and sewer costs. This is a walk-up above the garage apartment. The washer and dryer are at the base of the steps in the laundry room. If renter wants a TV they will have to arrange for the installation of a satellite dish themselves (Dish location subject to owner's approval) and enter into the appropriate service provider contract for content programming. The renter will be completely responsible for all fees associated with any satellite hook-up and programming. There is parking for one vehicle only. No additional vehicles will be allowed. The maximum number of occupants allowed will be 2 individuals. No A/C units of any kind will be allowed. Prospective tenants will have to enter into a lease agreement with the owner for the term of the rental . The lease will include these as well as other terms and conditions which are standard in lease agreements of this type. The owner will charge HI GET, which is 4.167% on your rental costs. This tax will be collected by the owner at the beginning of each month with the monthly lease payment. There will be a required security deposit equal to one months rent.
