The house is freshly remodeled including new paint, floors, kitchen, plumbing, and updated HVAC. The house comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and washer dryer hookups. The house is conveniently located near downtown Hamilton, and has a large back yard with a detached concrete patio. It also has a large front porch, and a large driveway suitable for multiple cars. We will hold open house viewing of the property Sunday August 4th from 1-2pm. Paper applications will be available at the showing and there is no cost to fill out an application. First months rent and security deposit due at the time the lease is signed. This house is owner operated and managed. Appliances included are refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer hookup available but the appliances are not provided. Dogs and cats are allowed, but require extra charge per month and deposit. No utilities are included in the rent.
