    What the owner loves about this home
    The wild life, the peace and quiet, the Neighbors,and the small town feel. What I most admire is the well water, it's the best drinking water, and property is on high ground. Pasco County is very family-oriented community and I am proud to be a resident. The best part is During December the family Christmas parade and then the weekend before Christmas the family Church Street event that takes you back in time. We also have Snowcat Ridge and The Halloween's theme park during September- February. Recently Dade City has a new highway from the interstate to town. I enjoy all of the wildlife for it Is entertaining and such a beautiful sight to see all the Majestic animals That God has created all year long. Dade City is growing rapidly and this property is located right outside of downtown with a very country feel. Beautiful community that is family oriented. There is also the Kumquat festival every January and we have a drive-in that operates all year long with a flea market on the weekends. The Renaissance festival is also now in Dade City which is a family friendly event.
