No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. Violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels.
