This unfurnished apartment has two bedrooms with a third room that acts as an office/den/flex space. The bedrooms have good closet space with a walk in style closet off of the primary. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and oven/stove. The one bathroom is a standup shower set up (no tub) with decent storage for the space. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit with good space for even more storage. Lastly, there is a small deck that you may use - please note, deck is on the second story and may not be safe for kids and is used at tenant's own risk. Things to note: There is no AC but you can put window units in. Additionally, you must be able to walk a couple set of stairs to access the apartment. Also, there is no dedicated parking spot, so you can park in the street as long as you mind the parking signs OR there is plenty of free, public parking behind Traci's Diner/Rollies. Details: This is a one year minimum lease, but preferable two year lease. No pets. First month, last month and security deposit required. Tenant pays utilities. There will be NO SHOWINGS until a rental application is submitted via Zillow. Lease must be one year minimum but two years preferred. Two month notice of move out.
