Front and rear doors lock with security camera on premises. Landlord/owner is accessible 24 hours a day. Security Deposit of one month is required. Combined Household Income must be over $4050 per month. 30 day inspection after move in. Application Requirements: Good credit, landlord references, criminal background check, and income qualification are required. Step One: See unit & complete application with previous landlord information/income. Step Two: Potential renters are moved to this phase after checking landlord reference and verified income is adequate for at least half the rent and is viable with living costs considered.
