This small but quaint 1 bedroom cabin is perfect for one person, but not more than two individuals. It has a newly renovated loft area which can be used as a 2nd den or 2nd bedroom area. 1 bath with a new tub, and shower combination. Small stream behind cabin. Heating sources: wood stove, wall-mounted propane gas stove, and electric baseboard heater. A propane tank is on property and is currently supplied by Thompson Gas Co. at the expense of the tenant. Water is supplied via a well. Due to small space, wood stove, and steep, narrow stairs with open railing to upstairs loft, the cabin is not child friendly. Approx. 1/4 acre (or possibly a little less) lot and beautiful view. Tenant looks after the yard. Appliances included: stove (gas), fridge, washing machine and dryer. (Hot water heater uses propane gas.) Dog or cat may be approved with a discussion, and a non-refundable pet fee. Water is supplied by well with neighbor's agreement. Tenant pays for electricity, propane gas for clothes dryer, stove, oven & wall-mounted gas heater, and wood for wood stove. No trash pick-up. Tenant is responsible for disposing of garbage regularly (at least once weekly) at county dump which is close-by. Trash cannot accumulate in house, on deck, in laundry room, or in the bed of a truck due to wildlife in the area. The neighbors (and tenant) will not be happy with the results... like a bear on your porch!
