Very beautiful, spacious lovely neighborhood to love in. One bedroom apartment 1 bath. With patio. Washer and dryer included. I am moving to my partners place. Which is why I am advertising this place. I love it and hate to see it go but life moves on. You do have to pay electric, and water, sewer, garbage which is ($35). Well maintained place. Pets are allowed. The floors are thick so you never hear your neighbors stomping. Oak hills also has a gym, with full size pool and jacuzzi. There is a couple small holes from my dog and my cat that I will fix before i leave. Other then that the deposit will be yours. Vaping is ok, smoking cigs inside is not.
