This single-family home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bonus rooms, one off either bedroom (they can be used as walk-in closet, home office, gym, or even nursery!). The home has a new roof, new exterior siding, new deck, new carport, new interior paint job, new tile floors in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom #1 (which, by the way, also has newly tiled walls, a new, stylish vanity, and a jetted jacuzzi tub). The HVAC works great. Hardwood floors. Granite countertops in the kitchen. Outside, a large front yard and backyard. The covered, screened-in patio outside the front door opens to a newly -reconstructed and -stained wood deck, with ample place to barbecue on a stone patio at ground level nearby.
