Great starter house with a beautiful view. Nice level yard. The garage has been closed in to make a huge hobby room, laundry/mud room. Already has a storage shed that stays so that you can keep you lawnmower and other tools. Sit on the back patio, grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the peace and quite while enjoying the wildlife. HVAC is only 5 years old, water heater is 7. The lady used the gas fireplace so it worked but currently there is no tank. Shed stays. Used Ardmore for internet and phone.
